This website, www.devosmart.in ("DevoSmart", the "Site"), is owned and operated by Devoluxe Cons Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 of India, having its registered office in Bangalore, Karnataka. DevoSmart is a brand and subsidiary business unit operated by Devoluxe Cons Pvt Ltd for the sale of consumer electronics, smart gadgets, IoT devices, tech accessories, and wearables.

By accessing or placing an order on the Site, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Refund & Return Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this Site.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing on the Site are accurate and up to date. However, product photography is representational — the actual color, tone, texture, packaging, and minor specifications of gadgets may vary slightly from the images displayed due to lighting, monitor calibration, or manufacturer revisions.

DevoSmart does not warrant that product descriptions, ratings, or any other content on the Site is complete, reliable, current, or error-free. All content is provided on an "as-is" basis.

All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. Goods and Services Tax (GST) is calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping fees, if applicable, are shown before order confirmation.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify prices at any time without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, system error, or supplier pricing information, DevoSmart reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment has been charged. If your order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Payments are accepted via UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), and net banking of major Indian banks through our secure PCI-DSS compliant payment partners.

Placing an order constitutes an offer by you to purchase products in accordance with these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by DevoSmart. We may, at our discretion, refuse to accept or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or delivery to a non-serviceable pincode.

We currently ship across mainland India from our warehouse in Bangalore. Standard delivery is 2–4 business days; express delivery, where available, is 1–2 business days. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics partner delays, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.

All content on this Site — including logos, product names, product photography, illustrations, text, code, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Devoluxe Cons Private Limited or its licensors, and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable international treaties. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, or distributed without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DevoSmart and Devoluxe Cons Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Site or any products purchased through it.

These Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
